The 9th China-ASEAN Senior Officials Consultations will be held in Fujian Province of China from August 18th to 19th. Vice Foreign Minister Wang Yi will head a Chinese delegation to attend the meeting. Senior officials from the foreign ministries of the 10 ASEAN countries and the Secretary General of the ASEAN will attend the meeting. Views will be exchanged on the further development of China-ASEAN relations as well as international and regional issues of common interest. The China-ASEAN Senior Officials Consultation is an important annual consulting mechanism for the two sides.
