At the invitation of Foreign Minister Talbak Nazarov of the Republic of Tajikistan, Foreign Minister Sodik Safaev of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Foreign Minister Askar Aitmatov of the Kyrghyz Republic,Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing will pay an official visit to the above-mentioned three countries from September 1st to 7th,2003 and attend the non-regular Foreign Ministers’Meeting of the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to be held in Tashkent, capital of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 5th.
